About
The Jenna Rose textile studio was founded by designer Jenna Fenwick in 2006, after completing her BFA from NSCAD University. Now located in the countryside of North Frontenac in Eastern Ontario, she creates her hand printed textiles using her surroundings and daily life as inspiration. Jenna draws each illustration and pattern by hand and screen prints the textiles in small batches on natural materials. She works with local seamstresses to sew each piece to the highest quality.
The studio is located on her farmstead, where she and her husband (and cheese maker), Jeff, also run Back Forty Artisan Cheese. In the summer months they run their farm-to-table bistro and the Jenna Rose studio is open to the public alongside the Bistro and Cheese shop on Fridays and Saturdays, where you can shop in the studio on the second floor and also enjoy wood-oven sourdough pizzas with all ingredients and cheeses from their farm on the licensed riverside patio. Bistro and Studio are open Mid-June to Labour Day.
