All orders are shipped out within one week of ordering from Ontario, Canada.

The seller is not responsible for any customs, brokerage or border fees that may occur. Items sent without tracking or insurance do not include coverage if lost in transit.

For International shipments outside of North America, shipping does not include tracking or insurance.
Returns and exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges
Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
-The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including that of returning an item and the cost of sending an exchanged item. The refund on a return will not include the initial shipping cost on the purchase, only the cost of the item(s) itself.
-Returned items must not have been worn or used. If there is any indication of wear or use of the returned item the customer will not be issue a refund, credit or exchange and the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of having the item returned back to them.
-Unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for items on sale.
